Olympic Math Courses

The Olympic Math classes are designed for students of grades 3 through 10 who are interested in mathematics enrichment. The classes are taught in English in 5 separate levels. The annual "Nine Chapters on the Mathematical Art Contest (NCC)" also gives students opportunities for preparing the Canadian Math Contests. Students attending this course in the past as well as students who wrote the NCC account for nearly half of the winners of Canadian Math Contests in the KW region since 2009. Quite a few graduates from the Olympic Math course also represented the city of Waterloo, making the Waterloo Math Team for MCTIC.
